This service will provide articles for both MPAM members AND general website owners across the world, so once it becomes well known (and feel free to advertise that link anywhere relevant - including Traffic Exchanges) there should be plenty of work (and income) for all involved.

First of all - my apologies for the lack of updates since December. I have been spending a lot of time on the eBay DVD experiment to ensure I can write you the best possible course on eBay. I have made a few mistakes and made a few good and bad decisions, but am now in a position to write a good course with practical advise from my own experience.

All payments for January Payment Requests have now been processed and paid.

I had hoped to have the article writing service in place after this weekend, but my partner has been very sick for the last week and has been a priority. I will try to get this up and running after next weekend (sick partners allowing).

Diamond members - please note that if you are a Diamond member your account will still expire each year - this is to ensure you are still active and paying attention

Simply email me and let me know your Diamond status has expired and I will renew it (if you are still actively helping on the teams of course).

Speaking of Diamond membership - this level is not paid for, but rather earned, by your participation in one or more of the teams, helping MPAM and other members.

The most significant benefit of Diamond membership is FREE membership, retaining access to all aspects of the courses and MPAM system at no charge (there are other benefits too).

I am progressively changing the dns for each site over to the consolidated server and most sites are working fine, but most of the sites under Resources -> Referral links have to be upgraded to ASP.NET 2 so may not be working. If you have any campaigns using these sites you should pause them until after Christmas by which time they will be fixed.

Well we got through the internet problems and all PayPal payments have been processed.  The remaining few cheque payments will be processed tomorrow.

I have been trying to process payments today but there is a major internet fault causing problems.

The fault affects international traffic (which affects us as the servers are in Florida).

I have been able to pay a few people but until the fault is fixed it will be slow going.

Unfortunately this is entirely out of my control, but be assured I will try to get everyone paid asap.

Payment requests from November would normally have been processed today (1st business day of the month) but time constraints have prevented this.

Sorry for the lack of updates this month - but I have been working on the eBay experiment to make sure we end up with the best advice, plus trying to consolidate 4 servers into one to save money after the losses from the ABC co-op!

We are currently averaging over $50k in the last 30 days in DVD sales but the eBay fees have been a killer.

I am  working on various strategies for reducing the fees to revenue ratio, and want to ensure they work before presenting them in the lessons.

Of course - one strategy is to develop an off-eBay website, and use eBay to drive the traffic - but more on that soon!
